Our mission

At Soər Psychologists, we recognise the courage it takes to face life's challenges. Our name, inspired by the schwa symbol 'ə', reflects the subtle yet profound shifts that can transform 'sore' into 'soar'. We aim to be that pivotal support in your journey toward healing and growth. Our compassionate and insightful practitioners are dedicated to empowering you, providing guidance and understanding as you navigate your therapeutic path.

    Areas of practice

I work online via video or phone with adolescents and adults at all stages of their life who are experiencing a range of mental health issues. Please click here to see Affy's areas of practice. To ensure I plan an effective treatment plan tailored specifically for your needs, I employ evidence-based therapy models (click here for different therapy models). Additionally, I may liaise with other highly experienced psychologists that are AHPRA approved supervisors.
